That's perfectly fine. Our "story-driven" process is designed to help you discover it. We listen, ask the right questions about your lifestyle and goals, and use mood boards and sketches to explore options together. Our job is to find the style that is uniquely yours.
You will receive a complete "Schematic Design Package." This includes conceptual floor plans, exterior elevations, 3D visualizations (renderings) of key spaces, and a curated mood board for materials and finishes, all approved by you.
As involved as you wish to be. This is a collaborative process. We typically hold key "milestone meetings" for your feedback and approval. Your story is the guide, so your input is essential, but we handle all the technical drawing and development.
