What is MEP, and why is it important to integrate it early?

MEP stands for Mechanical (like AC), Electrical (lighting, power), and Plumbing (water, waste). Integrating it with the architecture early means we can hide ducts, plan for efficient lighting, and ensure structural beams don't conflict with plumbing, preventing ugly compromises or costly changes later.

You can, but we strongly advise against it. Our "Integrated" service means our architects and engineers work as one team from day one. This eliminates the common coordination errors, blame-shifting, and delays that happen when design and engineering are separate.
