This is our dedicated internal quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) service. As a Design-Build firm, our Supervision team (led by the original project architects and engineers) acts as an independent "check and balance" on our own construction team. Their sole focus is to defend the design integrity and ensure all work on-site is executed with the highest level of precision and quality, exactly as specified in the technical drawings.

We establish a clear Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for the project. This plan defines all critical quality checkpoints that our construction team must meet and that our supervision team will formally inspect and sign off on.

This team is led by the original Project Architect—the person who designed your project. They are the best-qualified to ensure the construction team is building their vision exactly as intended, protecting your investment.
They have the full authority to "stop work" on that specific item. They will immediately document the issue and formally instruct our construction team to correct it. They will then re-inspect the fix before allowing work to continue.
Before we even schedule the final handover with you, our supervision team does a meticulous walkthrough to find any minor defect (a paint scratch, a misaligned handle). They create this "snag list" for our own construction team to fix, ensuring we present you with a project that is truly 100% complete.
