Hotel Beverly Hills – Badung, Bali
The Hotel Beverly Hills Investigation Project was initiated by PT. Wildwood Real Estate Home Group to assess the existing building structure and determine its readiness for redevelopment and expansion.
As the Structural Engineer, I led a small team in performing a forensic-level structural evaluation, involving visual inspection, material testing, and computational re-analysis based on the actual as-built condition.
Our scope began with structural health assessment, including Hammer Test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) checks on key concrete members to determine compressive strength equivalence. Using this verified data, the team developed a Revit-based as-built model, enabling precise representation of the existing geometry.
Subsequently, we performed a full ETABS re-analysis under updated SNI 1726:2019 load combinations, identifying overstressed members and suggesting retrofitting measures such as jacketing, FRP wrapping, and cross-section modification. The final deliverable consisted of a technical audit report, revised DED package, and a BIM-integrated database for future redevelopment tracking.
